Refund policy
DEADLINES AND COSTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
• Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• The cost of the first return or exchange will be free. Returns or subsequent exchanges of the same order will have a cost of €3.90.
• Returns or exchanges at home will be managed through email oceanica@oceanicabrand.com.
• Returns or exchanges at the pickup point will be managed through the Post Office.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• To process a return or exchange, the items must retain all the original labels and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
• Gift cards, underwear, masks or socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Only one exchange can be requested per garment.
• To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND TERM
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, and will be effective in up to 14 days.the order and will be effective in a maximum of 14 days.
